Summary
Billy and Honey's son and second child. It was feared that he may have Down's synrome like his sister, Janet, but he didn't. He left Walford with Honey in 2008 after she left Billy, and has appeared on occasion since then. In 2009, Archie Mitchell manipulated Honey (off-screen) to let Billy have the kids over Christmas. William and Janet later stayed with Billy when Honey and her father Jack were in a car crash, which killed Jack and seriously injured Honey.
