Summary
One of Tony Hills' old school friends who had spent some time bumming around Europe, Troy turned up at the Raymond's looking for Tony who had recently left on his own Eurotrip. Irene allowed him to stay to Terry's annoyance. Troy had a thing for older women, and instigated a torrid affair with Irene Hills; he also tried it on with Rosa di Marco! Terry discovered the affair and threw him out on Christmas Day 1999, threatening to kill him if he ever showed his face, or tried to contact Irene again.
