Tony was Bianca Jackson's boyfriend who first appeared upon leaving a stretch in jail for GBH against a young lad who was 'hassling' Whitney Dean.
His relationship with Bianca was, however, just a way to cover his illegal paedophilic relationship with the underage Whitney Dean.
On Whitney's 16th Birthday Tony's three year affair was revealed leading to his arrest.
