Summary
Leader of a local Firm, of which Jase Dyer was formerly a part, Terry objected to his desire to leave the Firm, and led the Siege of the Vic in November 2007, for which he was arrested.
Death of Jase
On on 25 July 2008 he returned to Walford asking Jase Dyer to work for him again. On 28 August 2008 he was involved in the murder of Jase as he had been stealing money from Terry. Terry went to Jase's flat while he was out and held his son Jay Brown hostage.
Billy Mitchell(who was with Jase helping him out at the time) and Jase went back to the flat and a fight broke out, Billy managed to get Jay out of the flat, but couldn't help Jase out as he was too scared and hid in the bathroom. Terry stabbed Jase to death in a confrontation with Billy watching on.
Jay managed to contact Billy's wife, Honey Mitchell and police stomed the flat arresting Billy, Terry and his associates.
The Trial
On 29 May 2009, after an attempt from his wife Viv Bates to stop Billy Mitchell from appearing in court failed, Terry was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Jase Dyer. Garry Hobbs, Dawn Swann, Jay Brown and Billy Mitchell are all relieved that the trial is finally over and are pleased at the verdict and all watch Terry as he is led away to start his sentence. Terry was later seen in the cells barking orders at Viv to have his associate Bird pay for not being able to finish Billy off. Viv simply told Terry she was fed up taking orders from him and walked out of the cells.
