Summary
Sarah the stalker appeared in Martin Fowler's life on his stag (post-marital) night. He got very drunk, and woke up the next morning in Sarah's bed. Sarah was besotted with Martin, to the point of stalking his every move, making friends with his wife, Sonia, and even moving into the Fowler house at one point. Eventually found out, she stabbed Martin with a knife, before being committed.
