Summary
A.k.a. Tricky Dicky, Richard was a smoothie who ran the market before Michael Rose. Tricky Dicky pulled every trick in the book to make a fast pound; he had a fling with Rachel Kominski, and gave Cindy Beale a run for her money. After trying it on with Michelle Fowler, the Market Traders found proof of his graft, & he was fired from his job.
