Summary
First seen arresting Billy Mitchell for indecent exposure in July 2006, preventing him from reaching his second wedding attempt to Honey Edwards.
PC Lance returned when Sean Slater kidnapped baby Amy in December 2008 and arrested Whitney Dean for shoplifting in February 2009 and Owen Turner in November 2009 for breaking the conditions of his licence.
