Summary
The rather dotty grandmother of Spencer and Alfie Moon, Nana raised the two after the death of their parents. Nana suffered an Alzheimer's scare, which turned out to be water on the brain. Following that she became engaged to Wilfred, whom she met on a trip to Brighton. Wilfred turned out to be a con artist who fleeced Pat and left in shame.
After losing her home above the Queen Vic to the Watts family at Christmas 2004, Nana found contentment with her new home with Alfie, at the Evans' old house. Nana was diagnosed with an aortic aneurism, and worked through a wish list with Alfie's help. She died peacefully, shortly before Christmas.
