Summary
Peggy Mitchell's rival in the election to become counciller for Walford, they had a debate in which Mohinder mentioned the fact that Peggy's nieces Ronnie and Roxy had been arrested on suspicion of soliciting. He later won the election.
He appeared a year later at a council function in The Queen Vic, where Peggy and Pat Evans confronted him regarding some local issues. He collapsed with a heart attack and was rushed to hospital, where he decided to stand down from his position.
