Summary
Michael was the Bridge Street Market Inspector and initially had very little to do. At least until they invented his wife, Susan, and son Matthew. Michael then moved into the Jackson's old house with the rest of his dysfunctional family, and seemed to be quite happy until Lisa Shaw appeared. He was initially hostile to her, but later admitted that he loved her. They had a quick fling, but Michael decided to get away from Walford, and start a new job and fresh life in Leeds with his wife Susan. Michael reappeared occasionally when his son was in prison.
