Summary
Reverend Lavender appeared when Dot and Jim Branning visited Kent, and Dot went to the church to try and track down her friend Margot Baker. The Reverend informed her that Margot had died, but pointed her in the direction of Margot's son Douglas.
She mentioned going on hoilday, so when Dot saw an abandoned baby, Tomas, in the church, she took him home and looked after him.
