Summary
The daughter of Phil Mitchell and Lisa Fowler, Louise’s birth certificate lists Mark Fowler as her father, but after Lisa told Sharon about Louise's true paternity, Phil found out. Lisa and Phil got back together, but Lisa grew tired of Peggy's interference, and ran away with Louise to Portugal. Phil reclaimed the baby and brought her back to the Square to raise. Lisa returned to Walford in late 2003, and was initially given limited access by Phil. Louise went back to her mother's care when Phil was arrested and detained for the factory robbery.
In 2007 Phil suggested to Ben that they track down Louise. Ben wasn't keen so Phil initially gave up on the idea. However, in December 2007 Jack Branning let slip to Phil that he had managed to obtain Louise's address. Phil still wasn't convinced he should see his daughter until Jack handed him a photo of Louise. This convinced Phil and he went to meet Louise. Phil told Louise he was her daddy but was left broken hearted when she pointed to an unfamiliar man and called him daddy instead.
