Summary
Matriarch of the Beale/Fowler household, for many years the family consisted of husband Albert (dead before the show began); oldest son Kenny (in New Zealand); twins Pete and Pauline, and their spouses and children. Lou died peacefully in her sleep, but, years later, Pauline discovered a letter to Ethel discussing a fourth child, an older daughter living in Ireland.
