Summary
Single mum Lola Christie was both a singer in Mick McFarlane's band, and Mick's girlfriend. Lola, apparently, could sing quite well (though the musical numbers never seemed to prove that), and she dumped the band and Mick for a professional singing career.
Trivia
Diane Parish currently plays the part of Denise Wicks in EastEnders, and has done since 2006.
