Summary
Local bobby who first appeared as an associate of Ian Beale, who gave him free food in his café in return for a police presence. He then appeared at Shirley Carter]'s housewarming party, where he ended up sleeping with Shirley. He was later involved in the arrest of Craig Dixon for the attack on Patrick Trueman in the Minute Mart.
He returned when Kevin Wicks sold him a stolen car, and when he realised this, Kevin and Darren Miller stole it back and burnt it.
He returned in the latter part of 2008, when Ronnie Mitchell reported Stacey Slater and Danielle Jones for selling stolen nightwear, when Dawn Swann accused Jay Brown of trying to torch her house, and when Max Branning faked a burglary and shooting at his home, framing his brother, Jack.
Kenny reappeared in January 2009, when he found Danielle Jones sleeping rough, and when Peggy Mitchell organised a demonstration against Gilly's massage parlour, and several Walford residents complained about her. He was then seen in March when Jay Brown and Billy Mitchell were selling out of date food from the Minute Mart.
He returned in January 2011, when Glenda Mitchell reported Ben Mitchell for pushing her down the stairs.
