Gus Smith's brother who was first seen in the guise of a DIY guru and Gus's confidante during his romance with Sonia Jackson. Juley's primary storyline involved his guardianship of a gun for some unsavoury individuals. He seemed to have little respect for Gus's way of life, and departed the Square in shame after selling drugs to Kareena Ferreira, which did not go over well with her then-boyfriend and his business partner, Mickey Miller. Recently Juley reappeared with tales of a fabulous job. This turned out to be another of his lies.
Juley later worked at the Cafe for Ian, and stayed with Gus at the flat they shared before. His entrepreneurial nature had not disappeared, however; he accepted money from Phil Mitchell to date and deflower Ruby Allen. He spent weeks quivering in fear inspired by Johnny Allen and vainly tried to convince Ruby that his feelings were real. Juley departed Walford after Ruby's return - he mugged her and did a runner.
