Summary
Phil Mitchell's lawyer, who he hired to represent Jane Beale in her divorce from Ian. Jimmie had been given instructions to take Ian for everything he was worth, but Ian made it look like his businesses were failing, so Phil broke into Ian's house and sent Jimmie a video of a hidden box of cash. Jane ended up getting the café in the divorce settlement.
He reappeared in November 2011 and February 2012 when Roxy was fighting Jack Branning for custody of Amy.
