Initially Area Manager for Luxford & Copley, Willmott-Brown later reopened the Dagmar in competition with the Vic. He was a divorced father of 2 children (Sophie and Luke) who hired Arthur after his release from prison. Mr.Willmott-Brown was the basis for the "there goes the neighborhood" storyline, being a rather upper-class sort of chap; not at all the type you'd expect to rape Kathy Beale, but he was supposedly overcome by desire for her! Sent to prison for this, upon his release he evidently raped another woman and was sent back, thus quieting Kathy's fears.
