Summary
Joe Wallace's mother, who was first seen picking him up from his friend Mark Fowler's house in 1991. In 1994 she wrote to Mark to tell him Joe was dying of AIDS. Mark went to visit Joe but arrived too late, and Jackie informed him that Joe had died.
