Summary

Honey stumbled into Walford on an assignment from a honey trap agency Yolande Trueman hired to inquire into Patrick's suspected infidelity, and subsequently hit on Billy Mitchell who was pretending to be Patrick. She left her job when she saw how much she'd hurt Billy's feelings by pretending to be interested in him.

Relationship With Billy

Billy whinged to Peggy until Honey was hired as a barmaid at the Vic, and for a short time they lived in the Vic with Peggy. Honey became Billy's girlfriend and later moved to live above the Video Shop where Billy worked as Manager.

For most of her life, Honey believed she had a heart defect that would make it dangerous for her to have a baby, but this was disproved when she had a heart echo.

Her Children

After two "false start" weddings, they finally tied the knot in September (while Honey was in labour) and she was rushed to hospital shortly after to give birth to her daughter, Petal, who has Down's Syndrome. Honey experienced enormous difficulty in coming to terms with Petal's condition; worrying about what people would think, grieving for the 'perfect' child she'd dreamed of having and scared of what the future held. Even with the support of husband Billy, her dad Jack, and Peggy, Honey found it impossible to see light at the end of the tunnel and made the difficult decision to offer her daughter up for adoption, however she ended up keeping her daughter.

In March 2007, Honey found out she was pregnant again and while preventing Jase Dyer from being attacked in the Queen Vic in November 2007, Honey went into labour, she was rushed to hospital where she gave birth to a baby boy whom Honey and Billy called William.

Leaving Walford

After finding out that Billy had kept Jase's "blood money", she threw Billy out of where they lived, only willing to take him back if he donated the money to charity, billy agreed to this and Honey took him back, but only if he never lied to her again. However Honey found that Billy had kept a little bit of the money, she told him that she could no longer trust him and left Billy with her children in a black cab in September 2008. She still lets him see William and Janet from time to time.
