Summary
Kate Morton's alchoholic, bitter father who was a former Chief Inspector, but had to take early retirement after killing a prisoner while in custody. After insulting Nana Moon and Little Mo Mitchell, Billy hit Geoff, and he refused to attend Phil and Kate's wedding. Phil Mitchell made Geoff face the damage his drinking was doing, and, when last seen, Geoff was returning to Newcastle to seek help, however, in March 2004 Kate heard news that her father had committed suicide.
