Summary
A social worker who visited Bert Atkinson and Jay Brown when Bert was trying to get a residency order to have Jay live with him.
He later appeared when Max Branning reported that his wife Tanya's drug addict sister Rainie was living with their children.
He returned when Jay's dad Jase was murdered and Jay found a new home with Billy Mitchell.
He also investigated Phil Mitchell's suitability to have his children Ben and Louise living with him, and to tell Phil that Louise's mother Lisa wanted to resume contact with her.
