Summary
PC Young was a police officer who investigated the explosion at Kathy's café in June 2009, and the subsequent disappearance of Nick Cotton. She later returned in September 2009 to inform Lucas Johnson of a break-in at the community centre, and to catch runaway Sam Mitchell.
