Summary
Barmaid at Scarlett, hired by Johnny Allen who subsequently became his mistress. All we knew about Amy is that she could be bought with expensive jewelry and that she was insatiable when it comes to sex with her man. Amy was left in charge of Scarlet when Johnny left Walford and the new manager absconded, but she also disappeared from Walford.
