The infant daughter of teenagers Demi Miller and Leo Taylor. Aleesha's godparents were her uncle Mickey and neighbour Pauline Fowler, whose heart softened towards the Millers after she found herself in the position of accompanying Demi to hospital for Aleesha's birth.
Aleesha was the centre of an ongoing feud between her maternal and paternal grandparents, bearing the brunt of the turmoil along with Demi and Leo. At the height of the trouble between the families Aleesha was taken on the run by her too young, and ill-equipped-to-cope parents, who soon realised that a squat was no place to bring up a baby, and returned her to Pauline. Within days Leo was dead from a heroin overdose, an event destined to cloud little Aleesha's life.
Aleesha left Walford for Norfolk in 2006 where her mother and grandmother Rosie decided to start a new life.
